Stucco, siding, windows, doors and exterior repairs

We are having a great experience with Patrick and Dylan. We recently contracted to have the front facade of our home redone which included a simple removal of decorative wood, repair stucco and paint. As they began it was clear that there were many surprises - just like TV. We had a gaping whole in our house! They were able to give us a quote on the spot, knew exactly how to essentially rebuild the front of our home and worked diligently to get it completed. They had great communication via text email and digital quotes. Don't expect the least expensive, but you will get your money's worth. Everything was neat and clean after projects which was important. You will feel very comfortable with them around your home. Patrick was willing to work out some creative details and did research to help our ideas become a reality. We've hired them for two more projects - that says it all!

Patrick came through for us when we found ourselves in need of someone to remove an exterior door of a 1940s Crescent Lake (St Pete) home in a manner that would complement the exterior of the house. He gave us a quote, and he provided building materials at our request. Patrick secured the necessary permits promptly on our behalf, he was punctual, and he was a tireless worker. He was capable, pleasant, and professional and he has a great sense of humor. When he discovered prior termite damage during the project, he showed us and he worked with us to address the issue without increasing his estimate. He cares deeply about the quality of his workmanship, customer satisfaction, and he is an honest and trustworthy man. His clean up is meticulous.
