How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on the scope and on how long cabinets and countertops take to arrive. You'll get a timeline with your written estimate, and we order materials before demolition so the work itself moves quickly.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
Replacing cabinets, counters or tile often doesn't. Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing walls usually does. We check with your city or Pinellas County for your address and pull what's required.
Can you help me choose a design?
Yes. We'll suggest layouts, materials and finishes and explain the trade-offs, so you can decide with confidence.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
Usually, yes. We contain the work area and clean up every day. For a kitchen, setting up a small temporary kitchen elsewhere in the house helps a lot.
