Patrick & Dylan do absolutely amazing work and cannot speak highly enough of them. I hired them initially for a full kitchen remodel, which included doubling the size of the kitchen, taking out walls, window install, masonry, paintwork, tile work, and more. I have also had them back since for door installs, tile work, windows, and other odd jobs.

Their quotes are extremely fair for the large scope of work they offer, and have never had a single occurrence of being nickel & dimed as a project went on. They set their prices and schedule up front with the signed project scope/payment schedule and have been amazingly prompt, courteous, and accommodating with every project. The attention to detail, time to planning & execution, and final outcomes are genuinely top tier.

In short, hire Patrick & Dylan, they are bar none the most personable & top notch guys I've ever hired to take on jobs for me.

Patrick came through for us when we found ourselves in need of someone to remove an exterior door of a 1940s Crescent Lake (St Pete) home in a manner that would complement the exterior of the house. He gave us a quote, and he provided building materials at our request. Patrick secured the necessary permits promptly on our behalf, he was punctual, and he was a tireless worker. He was capable, pleasant, and professional and he has a great sense of humor. When he discovered prior termite damage during the project, he showed us and he worked with us to address the issue without increasing his estimate. He cares deeply about the quality of his workmanship, customer satisfaction, and he is an honest and trustworthy man. His clean up is meticulous. Patrick and Dylan completely remodeled my house after Hurricane Helene. They were very professional, showed up on time, and worked with my timeline and the permitting process. Patrick is truly talented, can fix anything, and has a great eye for design. He presented me with ideas for the bathrooms and kitchen that were an upgrade to what I had previously and made the house pop. I have received so many compliments on the new look.

I'm not one to write a review, but I just had to. What a wonderful experience that I had with Patrick and his Son. They did a wonderful job with our remodel. Don't tell him this, but I think his pricing was super reasonable. That's a hard combo in this field I've found. So rush to call them for your next project.
