How do I schedule a service?

Are estimates provided before starting a project?
Yes. Transparency is a core value for us. Before any project starts, we give you a detailed written estimate so you know the scope of work and the cost. No hidden fees, just clear communication from start to finish.
How do I know if my project needs a custom quote?
If your project doesn't fit one of our standard service categories, request a custom quote. Give us as much detail as you can, including photos, and we'll look at what's needed and send you a quote tailored to your project.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're a Florida Certified General Contractor, license #CGC1541672, and we're insured. You can verify the license on the State of Florida's DBPR site at myfloridalicense.com.
Do you pull permits?
When a project requires a permit, we handle it. Because we hold a general contractor license, we can pull permits for the work we're licensed to do and coordinate the inspections.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Clearwater and serve St. Petersburg, Largo, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Pinellas Park, Tarpon Springs, Seminole, Belleair, Indian Rocks Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach and Oldsmar, plus nearby Pinellas County communities. Not sure if you're in our area? Just ask.
